Please contact me prior to booking an appointment if you are a new client. See details in the Insurance / Fees page. Co-pay is due at time of service. You should receive an email confirmation within minutes of booking the service - if you do not, the booking was not successfully completed.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments within 24 hours of appointment start time to avoid a $50 no-show / late cancellation fee, or loss of one EAP session.
